Costa Rica was recently recognized as the premier destination for weddings in Latin America in The Knot MarketIntelligence: 2012 Destination Weddings Study.
Wedding website, TheKnot.com, polled 2,757 qualified respondents and found that 32 percent cited the Riviera Maya as top wedding destination in Mexico while Los Cabos notched 20 percent of the vote and Cancun netted 14 percent.
